Technical Support
Our products are designed by our R&D department in Alfortville, near Paris, while the manufacturing of our relays and their panel integration is carried out at our Brie-Comte-Robert factory. The entire process is fully documented in accordance with our ISO 9001 quality procedures.

Installation
Maintenance & control
Once your teams are ready for the system acceptance tests, we plan its on-site deployment together. Our teams support you throughout the lifecycle of your installation, ensuring operational readiness and safety compliance, notably through software updates and periodic inspection of its various components (protection relays, supervisor PCs, network switches).
Pre-Studies
Our engineering department, with over 75 years of expertise across all technological levels in the electrical protection market, supports you in defining your requirements. It also ensures the monitoring of your installations, particularly during upgrades and version updates, guaranteeing full compatibility between system versions.
On-site interventions
Our teams support you throughout the lifecycle of your installations. From commissioning to decommissioning, we ensure the operational readiness (MCO) and safety compliance (MCS) of your control system, thanks to a team of specialised technicians.
Training
For each system or equipment integrated into your electrical network substation under your management, we offer modular training, allowing us to adapt the content according to your needs and the different participants: procurement, technical management, field technicians, or any other stakeholders you consider necessary for your projects.
After-Sales
